TaskMap® Version 2 upgrade

TaskMap® Version 2 is now available. TaskMap Version 2 represents more than 18 months of research, experience and input from thousands of existing and prospective customers. Version 2 implements many exciting ideas and provides a number of compelling reasons to upgrade today:

1. Dramatically simpler hyperlinking to external documents and systems means that it has never been easier to leverage existing information or communicate it to those who need it.

2. Hyperlinks for Process Connectors and Sub-process Task IDs are updated automatically when the target of the link changes.

3. Automated time totaling is now a standard part of the package. Once you’ve added the time information to your process map, you can begin analysis and improvement activities immediately. Ideal for anyone concerned about quality or efficiency in their operations.

4. It’s the little things that count. Many seemingly minor changes in visualization, spacing and customization options make it easier to get “exactly what you need.”

5. It’s inexpensive. The upgrade to TaskMap is only $99 for standalone license users. Just as we provided TaskMap 1.0 users with all interim releases and minor enhancements at no charge, we plan to do the same during the 2.0 release lifecycle. • $249 per standalone or reserved network license user
• $747 per concurrent user (minimum of 10 licenses required)

Upgrade orders are:

• $99 per standalone or reserved network license user
• $297 per concurrent user (minimum of 10 licenses required)

Additional training

In addition to the software upgrade, the one-hour Introduction to TaskMap course will be updated with an overview of the new features. Training will be available on our regular schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
