Best Practice Maps™ for ITIL® Software Release Management
The ITIL Best Practice Maps for Software Release Management are a great way to help jumpstart your ITIL® projects. Harvard Computing Group offers this package of ITIL Software Release Management TaskMaps® that covers all aspects of these important processes. The Best Practice Maps are designed for you to use in either of two ways:
1. To provide a starting point in the implementation of ITIL compatible Software Release Management based on Best Practices
2. To deploy and modify these Best Practice Maps for internal organization deployment.
The package includes:
A complete set of linked TaskMaps ready to use ITIL processes for the entire Software Release management process including:
Release Planning, Release Building, User Acceptance Process, Release Readiness Review, Training of Support and Administrative Staff, Release Deployment and Deployment Review.
An electronic copy of the Microsoft Word Software Release Management best practices document that was used to create the TaskMap.
