Overview
Get your process mapping team up to speed in the fastest possible way by bringing a Harvard Computing Group expert to your site. A typical two-day format includes installation of TaskMap software, preparation of sample processes using your OWN processes for the training class on the morning of day one, and then an intensive hands-on software training program. The workshop will ensure that all attendees will be able to:

- Use TaskMap to create and communicate organization processes
- Capture their internal processes without external assistance
- Publish and communicate those processes to internal or external web sites
- Analyze existing processes for improvement opportunities

The Start up Package is $6,490 for the first 10 students. If you would like to train more than 10 people in one session, call us and we will create a customized proposal for your team.

What you will get
After the two day program is over your team will be familiar with TaskMap software, the method and the fundamentals need to create their first diagrams in an interactive hands-on environment. Each student will receive their own copy of TaskMap and along with the onsite training. This is an excellent way to train an internal team and very cost effective. Note: Travel expenses not included, billed separately at cost. Additional costs may be involved for travel outside the continental US.

8. Analyzing and Improving TaskMaps

9. Publishing and Sharing TaskMaps
10. Wrap up and follow up actions

Note: Morning and afternoon start/end times are merely suggestions – Harvard Computing Group will accommodate your desired times for each portion of the day. The total time required for the two-day session is approximately seven hours.
